9-1-1 Homicide: Is the Caller the Killer

The Criminal Justice Institute of Wilmington University is proud to host and
sponsor this two-day training event. It is a must-attend by any level law
enforcement officer, 911/radio room dispatcher or supervisor, prosecutor, and
medical examiner’s office. This training is highly sought after throughout the
Country and Retired Deputy Chief Tracy Harpster will be at Wilmington
University Criminal Justice Institute (CJI) May 5 and 6, 2022 at our New
Castle Campus, 320, N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, Delaware in our
auditorium. This is the FIRST time this course is being offered in Delaware
and is sure to fill up quickly. Registration is a must. Certificates of Attendance
for this basic and advanced course will be provided to all in attendance.
