TCLS: Retired Det. Dave Mac Neil – 2.13.2024

We are very pleased to announce that retired Watertown Police Department Detective Dave Mac Neil will be leading off our 2024 True Crime Lecture Series at Wilmington University’s Criminal Justice Institute.

Dave spent 37 years at the Watertown Police Department, including serving as the administrator for the Crime Laboratory and Crime Scenes Unit Services. He has also served as the department’s Forensic Photographer.

He currently serves as the President of MacNeil Investigations & Forensic Consulting.
